Emma is an award-winning casting director with over 10 years of experience in the industry. She was recently named by Film London as a Lodestar 2025, recognising the bright futures of innovative creatives in the UK screen industry.
Her recent and forthcoming work includes Small Prophets for BBC 2 (Broadcast ‘Hot Pick’ for 2026), The Power of Parker Series 2 for BBC 1, Ruby Speaking for ITV, and the award-winning short film It’s How You Show Up, which earned her a Gold at this year’s Kinsale Shark Awards.
She is currently casting Tender Omens with Independent Entertainment (My Policeman, We Need to Talk About Kevin), with Nathan Stewart-Jarrett attached (Femme), and working on casting development for a TV drama with the award-winning production company Expectation TV. Emma also cast Go Away!, starring Hugh Bonneville and Ella Brucoleri, and Egg Timer, produced by Slick Films and Caviar TV, starring Kerry Godliman, Amit Shah, and Ella Brucoleri, which has gained recognition across the globe at BAFTA and BIFA qualyfying film festivals.
Emma has collaborated with BAFTA and Emmy award-winning producers and brings a collaborative and creative approach to each role. With offices in London, Manchester, and Glasgow, she is passionate about unearthing new talent across the country and brings care, commitment and inclusivity to every stage of the casting process.
